Choose the organizational and legal form of your future company. It can be either a limited liability company or an individual entrepreneur. According to the law, each of the participants can receive his share of the authorized capital and leave the company. In addition, the founders are not liable for the obligations of the company with personal property. He can only lose the amount contributed to the authorized capital. Keep in mind that for such a company, income tax may be reduced if past losses are covered by current income. An individual entrepreneur bears reduced responsibility to his employees.
Step 2
Go through the procedure for registering a limited liability company if you choose this form of ownership. Determine the composition of the founders and the percentage of their shares in the authorized capital. Draw up a memorandum of association. Next, you need to select the location of your organization. Fill out Form P11001 and notarize it. Then you need to pay the state fee charged for the registration of legal entities. This can be done at the Sberbank branch. Select the type of activity of your workshop and get the statistics code - OKVED. Set the type of taxation, for example, classic or simplified. Submit to the tax office such documents as form number P11001, charter in duplicate, memorandum of association in duplicate, minutes of the meeting of founders on the creation of the company, receipt of payment of state duty, letter of guarantee from the lessor.

Form yourself as an individual entrepreneur if this organizational and legal form is closer to you. To do this, you need to prepare data for registration. You will need the passport details of the entrepreneur. Choose what kind of economic activity your workshop will be engaged in. Choose a taxation system. Make a copy of all pages of the passport that have entries and stitch them. Fill out the application on Form P21001 and notarize it. Pay the registration fee at Sberbank. Submit your application, photocopy and original of your passport, receipt and registration certificate to the tax office.
