Write in the center of the sheet the title of the document "Statement of Claim" and briefly the subject of the appeal.

Step 2

In the main body of your statement, describe the nature of your problem. Indicate in what exactly your rights were violated and what damage you suffered, and also inform the court of the circumstances that accompanied the occurrence of such a situation.

Please provide evidence to support the damage that allows you to claim damages from the defendant.

Here, provide the calculation and justification for the presentation of the amount of the claim for recovery.

Tell us about your attempts (if any) to resolve the dispute without bringing the matter to court.

Step 3

In the final part, contact the court with a request to recover the amount of damage from the defendant, listing your claims after the word "Please", referring to specific articles in the legislation of the Russian Federation confirming the fairness of the appeal.

Next, provide a list of documents required to start the proceedings (receipt of payment of the state fee, appraisal acts, contracts, certificates, etc.), heading the section "Appendix".

Sign with your own hand, put down the date of the application and decipher the signature.
