Next on the list is the head of Poland, Bronislaw Komorowski, whose condition is already far behind the western level. His monthly salary is $ 8,200. Next is Dalia Grybauskaite, who holds the post of President of the Republic of Lithuania and receives an income of $ 7,800.

Already a completely lagging level of income is found among the first person of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych. His income equates to $ 2,400 every month. The penultimate place in the rating is occupied by Alexander Lukashenko, who is the President of the Republic of Belarus, who earns a little less than the Ukrainian one - 2300 dollars a month.
Closing the top ten is the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, with his income level of $ 1,700 a month.
