Step 1

To calculate the number of employees (Pp), you need to determine two parameters - the standard number of personnel (Np) and the planned coefficient (Kp), which takes into account the absence of workers at their workplaces due to being on the next labor leave, on sick leave or on leave without pay.

Step 2

The normative number is calculated by the formula:

Nchp = Op / (Frv * Nv * Kvn), where:

Op - the volume (planned) of work, expressed in those units that are used in your enterprise, Frv - the fund of working time in hourly terms, it is determined according to the annual production calendar, Нв - the rate of proceeds,

Kvn - the planned rate of implementation of the norms. It is determined by dividing the amount of planned revenue for the current period by the amount of actual revenue for the previous period.

Step 3

The planned coefficient Kp is calculated by the formula:

Кп = Дн + 1, where:

Days - the share of non-working time in the general fund of working time for the current statistical period.

Step 4

Dn = SN / Frv, where:

Sn - the planned amount of hours of absence of employees from work. In accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the total number of days of absence is 49, of which: 28 - regular labor leave, 14 - the standard of absence due to sickness, 7 - the established rate of unpaid leave. With an 8-hour working day, Cn will be 392 hours.

Step 5

The number of workers you need at the enterprise will be equal to:
