According to Russian tax legislation, each organization must annually submit information on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year. This form is approved by order of the Federal Tax Service and has the code 1110018. It must be submitted no later than January 20.

Step 1
The form consists of one page. First, fill in the cells that are located at the very top of the sheet, indicate the TIN and KPP, you can see these numbers in the certificate of registration with the Federal Tax Service or in the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Place the page number next to it.

Next, after the heading of the form, indicate the name of the tax office to which the information is provided. Note that you need to write the name in full, for example, Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service.

Below, indicate the full name of your organization, if you are an individual entrepreneur, then indicate the full name, surname and patronymic. Then write the date on which the average headcount is calculated. When you turn in your annual data, please indicate as of December 31st.

Next, you will see cells where you should write the average headcount indicator. To calculate it, you will need a 12 months time sheet. Add up the indicators of the number of employees for the year, that is, for example, in January, according to the document, there were 20 people, in February - also 20, in March - 18, in April - 22, etc. Then add the numbers: 20 + 20 + 18 + 22 + etc. Divide the resulting number by 12, the final result will be the average number.
Step 5
Sign a little below, make a transcript and indicate the date of compilation. Confirm all data with a blue stamp.
Step 6
Draw up this form in duplicate, one of which will remain in the tax office, and the second with the mark of the Federal Tax Service - in your hands. You can fill in the information either manually or using electronic equipment - a computer.
