In carrying out financial and economic activities, heads of organizations are faced with situations when they have to transfer employees to other positions. Due to ignorance of personnel matters, mistakes are made in the process of paperwork, which are fraught with litigation and debate with employees. Instructions
Step 1
If you want to transfer an employee to another position, get his consent. It must be in writing - this can be a notice from you, signed by an employee; or an application for a transfer from the employee. One way or another, without this you will not be able to carry out the desired operation - this is written about in article 72 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Send the notification to the employee no later than two months before the entry into force of the order.
Step 2
Make a supplementary agreement to the previously concluded employment contract. Indicate in the document the old version of the contract, which is subject to change. Next, write a new version of one of the paragraphs. Also include payroll information. Draw up an additional agreement in duplicate, sign it and give it to the employee for signature. Be sure to support the information with a blue corporate seal.
Step 3
Draw up a transfer order. Create the form yourself or use the unified form No. T-5. If you chose the first option, indicate this in the accounting policy of the organization. Indicate full name in the administrative document. employee, previous and new place of work. Here, write the amount of payment (old and new). When drawing up the form, refer to the supplementary agreement and articles of the Labor Code. Sign the order, give it to the employee for signature.
Step 4
Make changes to your personal card, staffing; complete your personal file. Make an entry in the employee's work book based on the transfer order.
