Step 1

An application for employment from an individual applying for the position of director is not required. Sign a contract with a new director. Write down the rights and obligations of the parties in it. Enter the employment record in the work book of the new director. Enter the serial number of the entry, the date of acceptance for the position. In the information about the job, write the full and abbreviated name of the organization, the name of the position for which the employee is hired. The basis of the record is an order or protocol. Step 5

Get a personal card for the new director, enter in it the last name, first name, patronymic of an individual, information about education, employment and other necessary data.

The appointed director must fill out an application in the p14001 form on entrusting the authority to act on behalf of the company without a power of attorney, attach the necessary package of documents and submit it to the tax authority to amend the unified state register of legal entities.
