Almost any appeal to the management of the enterprise is drawn up in the form of an application. This can be a request to the head of your own organization (starting with hiring) or a third party to make a decision on a specific issue (to the housing and communal services service, etc.). There are types of statements that are strictly regulated by the laws of the Russian Federation, for example, appeal to the courts. But most of these documents do not have a strict form, but only general requirements for the content, which must be taken into account when drawing up an application.

Step 1
To get started, take a standard A4 sheet and proceed with the application. Please note that such a document must be drawn up and signed by the applicant with his own hand. In some cases, you can use ready-made templates (there are specially designed forms), but filling in important positions, such as a personal signature, is allowed only by hand and only by the applicant or his authorized representative (with a mandatory explanation and decryption of the signature).
Step 2
The introductory part, located in the upper right corner of the sheet, is assigned, as a rule, to indicate the initial details of the parties in the format "to" and "from whom". Therefore, start with the addressee. That is, provide the name of the enterprise, position, surname, name and patronymic of the manager to whom the application is addressed. Write your surname and initials here. The position and structural division of the company should be indicated only if the document is addressed to the director of the company where you work. The same should be done with the home address. It is also indicated in certain cases, when contacting third-party organizations (application to the court, kindergarten, school, FSW, etc.).
Step 3
Start the substantive part by indicating the name of the document "Application", placing it in the center of the sheet. Next, describe the essence of your question. You should apply in a business style with the words "Please", in accordance with the rules for processing such papers. Indicate the essence of the request, describe the circumstances (if necessary) that caused the application. Do not forget to report the exact values (amounts or terms), if such are mentioned in the document.
Step 4
Enter the date on which the application was made. Sign and decipher the signature in brackets, indicating the surname and initials.
If you want to attach documents explaining the circumstances to the application, then before signing it, select a separate item "Attachments", where you list in order all the attached papers.
