When purchasing a vehicle, you need to remember that you cannot own it on the basis of a power of attorney. The document confirming the ownership of the car may be a purchase and sale agreement, a certificate of account, a donation agreement, a certificate of entry into inheritance rights, a court decision. Vehicle passport (PTS) and registration certificate are vehicle registration documents. Registration and registration is carried out by the traffic police.
