Step 1
Each certificate issued after the registration of a real estate object is an official form on paper that has a texture pattern like a banknote, a state emblem, as well as protection in the form of watermarks. The coat of arms can be replaced with another image, and the color can vary from dark green to pink. It depends on the region in which the document was issued; its appearance may also vary. In the upper part there is always the inscription "Russian Federation", as well as the name of the authority responsible for registering the rights to the apartment - the Unified State Register.

Further, the word "Certificate" should be written in large, different from the rest of the text in font, indicating its type, as well as the place in which the department of the registration service that issued it is located. The document cannot be written by hand, all of its points, regardless of the region of manufacture, are the same and are filled in by printing. The first is the date of issue in the format DD. MM. YYYY, immediately after it are the grounds on which the owner of the property received it into ownership: a purchase and sale agreement, a donation, a joint participation in construction, various acceptance certificates.

All new apartment owners are listed below. Information about them must be fully described: full name, date of birth, identity document (passport), as well as its data (series, number, date and place of issue), registration address at the place of residence. This information can be listed in one paragraph or point by point. The next line is the type of right. In this case, it must be property. Further, the real estate object itself (apartment) is indicated, as well as its location and the total area of the premises.

Below is the cadastral number of the apartment - this is the digital designation of its location. The first number is assigned according to the region, the second - to the district, the third - to the locality, and then comes the specific number of the site. If, for some reason, the cadastral valuation has not been made, then the conditional number of the real estate is indicated in the column. The last point is registered encumbrances, for example a mortgage. Next, there is a line - confirmation of the registration record in the Unified State Register with the date and number, and the first coincides with the date of issue, and the second - with the cadastral number. The document is certified by a signature and official seal.
