Instructions

Step 1

The first thing to do is to order an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. An extract is provided free of charge, but if you are interested in receiving this document as soon as possible, it is recommended to order an urgent extract by paying a state fee of 400 rubles for this.

Step 2

After receiving the extract, it is necessary to prepare and send an application to the tax authority at the place of registration of the legal entity. In such an application, it is required to clearly substantiate your demand for the issuance of the corresponding duplicate documents. The possibility of obtaining duplicates exists due to the fact that after the state registration of a legal entity, copies of constituent documents are sent to the archive of the tax authority at the place of registration.

Step 3

When drawing up an application, it is also important to indicate which package of constituent documents is subject to restoration. Depending on the number of documents to be restored, the size of the state fee is determined, since it is paid for each document. The fee for a duplicate of one document is 400 rubles.

Step 4

To restore the constituent documents, in addition to an extract, an application and a document confirming the payment of the state duty, you will need: a certificate of state registration of a legal entity; certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as well as other documents, depending on what exactly is subject to restoration.

Step 5

The tax authority will consider the submitted application within up to two weeks. The speed of consideration depends on the overall workload of the tax authorities and sometimes the procedure is delayed in time.

Step 6

It is worth remembering that the activities of a legal entity cannot be carried out fully in the absence of constituent documents. And therefore, it is very important to apply in time for their restoration to the appropriate tax authority.
