Opening a pharmacy is a “pass” ticket to the pharmaceutical business. The procedure for obtaining documentation is regulated in accordance with the Regulation "On licensing of pharmaceutical activities", which establishes special requirements in force in the process of opening a pharmacy.

Step 1
Receive all the necessary documents for registration of a legal entity.
Step 2
Go through the registration procedure with the tax office with the assignment of a TIN number.
Step 3
Find a premise for a pharmacy and execute a lease or purchase agreement in case you decide to purchase a property.
Step 4
Get a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion that the pharmacy room you have chosen meets all the requirements that are mandatory for the implementation of pharmaceutical activities.
Step 5
Obtain a sanitary passport confirming that the object is under sanitary control and is constantly undergoing all sorts of sanitary and preventive measures, namely disinfection of premises, disinsection, deratization, disinfection of the ventilation system, etc.
Step 6
Obtain a certificate confirming the professional training of the manager and staff of the legal entity.
Step 7
Obtain a license to carry out pharmacy activities.
