A foreign citizen in Russia, as well as a Russian abroad, is a person dependent on many conditions associated with being on the territory of a foreign state. Even a lucrative employment contract can be terminated at the initiative of the employer or at the request of the Federal Migration Service, if not all existing conditions are met.

Step 1
Despite the fact that the employer will be subject to penalties if he refuses to issue a work permit for foreigners, this is often practiced. If the work permit has not been issued, you can dismiss the foreigner at any time without giving any reasons and without severance pay. Recently, however, citizens of other states, getting a job in reputable companies, are trying to protect themselves by all possible methods, often concluding additional agreements with the employer.
Step 2
If you have issued a work permit, then it is quite difficult to fire a foreign citizen just like that. To do this, you may have to act not entirely legal methods in order to have solid evidence to submit them to the Federal Migration Service.
Step 3
On your own or with the help of private detectives, try to find any dark spots in the biography of the foreign citizen you hired. This can be convictions, direct or indirect participation in the actions of terrorist groups and armed bandit formations, falsification of health certificates and the presence of diseases dangerous to the surrounding area, etc.
Step 4
If your attempts to find evidence of concealment of information have failed, think again: do you really want to compromise the employee in the eyes of the employees of the Federal Migration Service, up to and including expulsion from the country? An affirmative answer to this question can lead you to the dock.
Step 5
Hire people who could provoke an employee you don't like to commit illegal actions. Do not forget that the testimony of witnesses, photo, video and audio materials will be useful to you. The main thing is that you must divert suspicion from yourself and from your company. Be prepared if your employee is really guilty of something (for example, will be noticed in theft or transfer of documents).
