A test report is an official document that is drawn up based on the results of testing a particular type of product by specialized organizations. This protocol contains all the information obtained during the tests, as well as their final results. Like any document, the protocol requires compliance with the rules of execution.

Step 1
The test report is an important official document; without it, the certification studies carried out cannot be considered complete. The test report is also called the Statement of Conformity of Products to Specified Standards. Only specialized laboratories with state accreditation can conduct research and draw up a protocol.
Step 2
Please accept the application. Both the manufacturer and the seller can apply for testing, and even a third party interested in obtaining the final results (for example, government bodies that check whether the product meets the specified characteristics).
Step 3
Upon receipt of the application, form the order requirements: a list of product characteristics that must be checked for compliance. The task of the research is to obtain the qualitative and quantitative parameters of the goods and assess their compliance with the current standards. Based on the test results, draw up a test report, where you enter the obtained qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the product.
Step 4
Include in the test report the acts of test studies drawn up as part of the verification of the goods, as well as the conclusion on conformity. Finally, reflect the characteristics obtained and correlate them with the current requirements and regulations. Draw conclusions about whether or not the findings are included in the legal ranges.
Step 5
Sign the test report and stamp the laboratory (research center, bureau). Attach your application, product description and research certificates to the minutes.
