Various items can be checked. It is convenient to conduct the verification process itself in separate stages. This is done in order not to miss important details and not to waste time. After all, any check already distracts people from doing their usual work.
Necessary
Assistants (auditors)
Instructions
Step 1
State the purpose of the check. It could be checking the payroll of something. Or identifying obsolete objects for their subsequent replacement. Or reconciliation of items for transferring material responsibility to a new employee. Depending on the goals set, the decision of the responsible person will be made about the verification carried out.
Step 2
Print a complete list of scanned objects. In the future, you will need more copies of this list for each auditor. Now the list is needed in order to determine the exact number of auditors in the next step.
Step 3
Set a timeline for the audit. Decide how many objects one person can check during this period. If it takes a different amount of time to check different objects, divide the entire list of objects into the corresponding semantic groups.
Step 4
Calculate the required number of audit participants (auditors). To do this, divide the number of objects in each semantic group by the number of objects that one person can check.
Step 5
Agree on organizational issues. Does each auditor need to have a special pass? Do I need to warn other employees about the check? Should any information be kept secret? Do you need someone's signatures on the documents? What time is lunch? What if the auditors do not have time to do everything on time? What will be the consequences of errors made by the auditor during the review process?
Step 6
Make sure each auditor has the necessary writing materials. Give them an induction, hand out the required paperwork and checklists. Warn about responsibility.
Step 7
Check it out and write a conclusion.
