The organization can change its legal address at any time. Since it is spelled out in the constituent documents, this is followed by the procedure for state registration of changes. Often, a change of legal address occurs when the actual location of a person changes, the general director changes (if the legal address of the organization was the address of the director's registration), the registration of the head of the organization changes.

Necessary

  • - application form 13001;
  • - minutes of the meeting of the founders (shareholders) of the company;
  • - charter;
  • - extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
  • - a receipt for payment of the state duty.

Instructions

Step 1

You need to hold a meeting of founders and decide to change the legal address. The outcome of the meeting should be a written protocol.

Step 2

Fill out the application form 13001, the tab for changing the address of the organization. You need to certify the signature on the application by a notary, for this you will also need an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, issued no later than a month ago.

Step 3

Provide a package of documents to the tax office at the place of registration of a legal entity: minutes of the meeting, a completed and notarized application, a receipt for payment of the state fee, charter, TIN, lease agreement for the premises (certificate of ownership), on which the organization will be legally located.

Step 4

When submitting documents, the tax inspector will give you a notice with the date when you need to appear for a notice of amendments to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Changing the legal address and making a corresponding entry in the register takes 5 days. If you are unable to receive the documents in due time, they will be sent to the new legal address of your organization.

Step 5

On your hands you will receive a certificate of registration of changes to the constituent documents, as well as a new certificate of registration (TIN). The TIN number will not change, only the checkpoint, which indicates belonging to a particular tax office, changes.

Step 6

If, due to the change of address, your new address falls under the supervision of another Tax Inspectorate, you need to deregister the organization in the old inspectorate and register it in the new one. In this regard, there will also be a need to notify off-budget funds (Pension and MHIF) about the change of legal address. If there are several territorial branches of funds in the city, you will first have to deregister your organization at the same address and only then register with extra-budgetary funds at the new address.
