In order to change the legal address, submit to the registration authority: an application for state registration of changes that were made to the constituent documents (form 13001); the original and a copy of the new Charter; the decision to amend the constituent documents; a receipt for payment of state fees (800 rubles), as well as a receipt for payment for receiving a copy of the Charter stored in the archive (400 rubles). The change of legal address will be made by the registration authority within 5-7 working days. Registration of changes may be refused in the following cases: - failure to provide a complete list of documents required for this procedure; - submission of documents to a third-party registration authority.
