Step 1

Prepare a statement of claim. To do this, indicate the court where you are applying, the parties to the claim, their addresses, telephones. In the text of the application, state the essence of the dispute, substantiate it with the norms of the law, examples of judicial practice. Support the stated circumstances with written evidence or indicate a person who can testify. Formulate your requirements. In case of property disputes, it is required to indicate a specific amount and give its calculation. For non-property - specific actions that the defendant must perform.
Step 3
Pay the state fee for resolving the dispute. Its size is determined for each requirement. The procedure for calculating the state duty is specified in the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (Article 333.19). Step 4
Attach a copy of the statement and supporting documents for the defendant to the claim. Attach documents on compliance with the pre-trial procedure for resolving the dispute, that is, the direction of the claim.
