The right to free medical care will be realized if the person has a compulsory health insurance policy. Everyone should conclude such an agreement with any insurance company - from babies to elderly people, unemployed and working citizens of the Russian Federation, foreigners living in Russia for a long time and stateless people.

Step 1
Select the insurance organization with which you want to conclude a compulsory health insurance contract. Now you can choose any company, commercial or government, that you like. We received this right after the adoption of the Law of November 29, 2010 "On compulsory health insurance in the Russian Federation."
Step 2
Write a statement at the office of the medical insurance organization. For underage children, an application must be submitted by parents - that is, their legal representatives. The choice of the company will remain with mom or dad. The rest must submit the document for processing in person, and not receive the policy through the employer, as it was prescribed before the entry into force of the new law.
Step 3
Get a temporary certificate right on the spot immediately after the conclusion of the contract, until the policy of a single sample is ready. This document will have the same effect as a full compulsory health insurance policy, but only for a limited time. An employee of the insurance company will tell you what date you can get a new compulsory medical insurance policy. It should be issued to you in 30 days.
