Step 1
To switch to non-cash wages, that is, to receive wages on a bank card, you must first issue this card. This can be done in any branch of almost any bank. Please note that the so-called "salary" cards are more suitable for this. The service fees for such cards are either minimal or nonexistent. But the interest rate charged for keeping funds is also low. Basically, the organization enters into an agreement with one or another bank and issues bank cards for all employees. You will be given a ready-made card, as well as a pin code. You will receive wages for it. More often than not, you won't even be told your bank details. When transferring to another place of work, you will have to independently find out the details of your bank card, or take them at the same place of work.
Step 2
If the card is issued separately from the bulk of the organization's employees, or opened in another bank, as well as if the bank details are lost, you need to contact the nearest bank branch where the bank card was issued and ask for information about the bank details. This service is mostly free. Some commercial banks' ATMs also allow you to find out your details.
Step 3
In this case, and also if your organization does not make a mandatory transfer of salaries to a bank account, you must write a statement addressed to the organization's accountant. The statement may look like this:
