The daily compilation of monotonous documents leads to the fact that each page printed on the printer becomes the same as the previous one. To add variety, it is desirable to use not only the standard color, but also its shades.
Necessary
Microsoft Office software
Instructions
Step 1
Other colors can be used to add variety to documents created by MS Word. For versions 2007 and 2010, click the large menu button, then File and select Page Setup. Go to the "Page Color" block and specify the desired color. For faster access to the Page Setup applet, it is recommended to use a special button on the toolbar.
Step 2
For version 2003 and earlier, this setting can be determined by clicking the top menu "Format" and selecting "Background". To set a certain style for the page, select the Styles and Formatting item in the same menu; the frame can be made in the Borders and Fill applet.
Step 3
Before starting work, namely printing a document, select all the text by pressing the Ctrl + A key combination. For the selected fragment, you can change the color of the text, page, etc. Click the "A" button on the standard toolbar to change the text color and the marker button to change the page color below the text.
Step 4
Other programs in the Microsoft Office suite also have the ability to change the appearance of the document you create. To change the font, its color, and the background in a PowerPoint presentation, click the Office menu button, select the Format section, then click the Themes line.
Step 5
To change the color of the text or the cells themselves in Excel documents, right-click on the edited element and select the "Format cells" item in the context menu. In the window that opens, go to the "Font" tab to change the font used. The font color can be set on the standard toolbar. To change the background color go to the "View" tab.
Step 6
To print your document, press Ctrl + P, select the pages, and click the Print button.
