The fine is a mandatory punishment, only its size is left at the discretion of the authorized bodies.
The amount of the fine for selling alcohol to a minor
If, in the process of selling alcohol on the school grounds, the facts of selling such products to minors are revealed, then such actions form a separate, more serious violation, since they have a direct negative impact on the child's health. A citizen guilty of this offense will pay a fine in the amount of thirty to fifty thousand rubles. The official will incur increased responsibility, expressed in the form of a fine in the amount of 100-200 thousand rubles. The most serious punishment is established for an organization, from which an amount from three hundred to five hundred thousand rubles will be collected. Additional types of liability for this offense are not provided for by the law, and the specified limits of penalties are mandatory for all authorized bodies.
