Step 1
Prepare a donation agreement. You can draw it up either yourself or with the help of a lawyer. It must contain the last name, first name and patronymic of the donor and the person to whom it is given, their passport data, information about the object of donation - housing, car. This document must be dated and signed. Also, for additional confidence in the legality of the transaction, you can certify this agreement with a notary. Collect the necessary documents to register the transaction. For example, to donate an apartment, in addition to the certificate of ownership, you will need many other papers. You will need to provide the cadastral passport of the housing, which is ordered from the Bureau of Technical Inventory, the consent of the spouse for the donation. If minors or disabled citizens are registered in the housing, you will need permission from the guardianship and guardianship authorities. If you are donating a room in a communal apartment or a share in a house, obtain written consent from the other owners for this action. To donate a car, you will need to present a vehicle registration certificate.

Register the donation with an official authority. The Federal State Registration Service deals with the relevant contracts for apartments. Step 4

When donating a car, you do not need to register a transaction with a government agency. But the new owner must register the car with the traffic police under his own name.
