Use the internet to get the information you need. Currently, there are various sites with databases about organizations in a particular city, so it is enough to enter the name of the company you are interested in in one of the search engines and go to the page with the most detailed information about it, including TIN. It should be borne in mind that the individual tax number of enterprises does not belong to information that is not subject to publicity, so try contacting the company you are interested in and ask for its TIN. If the reason for the request is legitimate, for example, you want to make a financial payment using the company's details, most likely you will be provided with the information of interest.

Go to the website of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation and open the section "Accounting for individuals". Here you will see the link "Find out TIN", where you can find out the tax number of this or that person. If, for example, as a private entrepreneur, you are interested in your own TIN, it is enough to fill out the attached form, indicating your passport data. As a result, you will receive the necessary information in one of several ways of your choice, for example, electronically, by registered mail by mail or in person at the tax authority at your place of registration.

The website of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation also allows you to find out the TIN of other individuals or legal entities in an official manner. In this case, you will need to fill out another form, indicating, in addition to your own data, the passport data of the person you are interested in, for example, the owner of the company. In this case, the site will only show information about whether the TIN exists for the person concerned, without any specific numbers. To find out the full tax number, visit the tax office personally with a personal passport, as well as a copy of the passport of the person whose TIN you want to find out. In addition, it is necessary that you have a document certifying the authority of a representative, and also pay a receipt for the amount of 100 rubles.
