Step 1

Step 2
In any bank that accepts payments from the public, pay the state fee for issuing an internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation. To date, the state fee for issuing an internal passport is 200 rubles. You will be given a receipt, which you must present to the Federal Migration Service or to the housing department, depending on where you are going to issue your passport.
Step 3
Contact the child in the indicated authority, fill out the application form in the unified form in the presence of an employee of the passport service. Show the child's birth certificate, a receipt for payment of the state duty for issuing a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, 4 photographs, a passport of the mother or father of the child to confirm the citizenship of the Russian Federation.
Step 4
The deadline for issuing a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation is 10 days. After the specified period of time, apply for a passport. You may be informed about earlier dates of readiness, it depends on the region in which you draw up the document.
Step 5
If you issue a passport for a child of 14 years old not at the place of permanent registration, then the time for issuing the document may take up to two months. Such a period is required to verify all data with the Federal Migration Service at the place of your permanent registration. If necessary, for a given period of time, they can issue a temporary certificate of the unified form No. 2P, which will certify the identity of the child.

You must apply for a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation with your child no later than 30 days after the child's birthday, when he turns 14 years old.
