Happy motherhood is often overshadowed by unscrupulous employers. Despite the clearly regulated legislative framework, sometimes young mothers do not receive benefits. The same situation may arise with other benefits, but it can be resolved by knowing where to go.
Instructions
Step 1
If temporary disability benefits are not paid, reference should be made to the Regulation on the Procedure for Provision of State Social Insurance Benefits. According to this document, the employer is obliged to organize the payment of temporary disability benefits. Contact the State Labor Inspectorate with a statement about the violation of rights, also contact the prosecutor's office. If you want that appropriate measures of responsibility were applied to the employer, go to court.
Step 2
If benefits are not paid to citizens with children, contact the employer with a written application. If this does not help, feel free to go to the State Labor Inspectorate, write a statement to the court. If convenient, contact the territorial body of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation.
Step 3
If benefits that were registered in the department of social protection of the population are not paid, you should first send a request to the head of the unit. If results cannot be achieved, write applications in writing, document all appeals to officials and file a lawsuit.
Step 4
Whatever benefit is assigned, if this type of support is legally granted to a citizen, rights should be upheld. Contact a lawyer, pay for escort services, and when filing a claim in court, present a claim for reimbursement of the costs of a professional. Sometimes one mention of a lawyer helps to quickly solve the problem of non-payment of benefits.
