The rights of the owner of a municipal apartment are exercised by a department under the administration of a municipal formation (city, village). The relationship with the tenant of the apartment is built on the basis of a social rental agreement. Registration in an apartment depends on whether the citizen is a tenant, a member of the tenant's family.
Instructions
Step 1
Apply with the application for registration to the passport officer of the housing department.
Step 2
Submit the required documents:
- the passport, - the basis for the use of the residential premises: lease agreement, order, application
an employer, - written consent of the tenant and all adults living together with family members to move in, - a sheet of departure from the previous place of residence.
Step 3
The passport officer will fill in the necessary forms of statistical documents and take them to the FMS. Registration will take place within 3 days from the date of receipt of the documents. The passport is stamped with registration.
Step 4
You can apply for registration by filling out the form through the website www.gosuslugi.ru. Registration at the place of residence is free of charge. A passport officer has no right to refuse to accept an application for registration
Step 5
The landlord may refuse to consent to the move if, as a result, the total area per person becomes less than the registration rate. The accounting rate is the minimum rate for one person, the value is approved by the local government. This restriction does not apply to the accommodation of parents, children, spouses. No permission is required to move in and register your minor children.
Step 6
Even temporarily, a person who is not a member of the responsible tenant's family cannot be registered in a municipal apartment.
