First of all, find a notary who can come to the call, based on the territorial location of your home. Because you can only invite the specialist who works in your area. Call the indicated number to agree on the time of the visit and clarify the specifics of the procedure. Here you will need to inform the secretary about the type of required notarial actions and the address where the notary will have to come. And you, in turn, should be told what documents you need to meet with a notary. The list of these papers depends on the type of notarial action. You may be asked to submit some documents in advance for review by a notary. Do not forget to discuss the terms of their transfer in the most convenient way for you. Sometimes it is sufficient to send scanned copies of these documents by e-mail.
Step 3
Prepare a package of necessary documents by the time the notary arrives, so that all the necessary papers are at the agreed time at home. Ensure the presence of persons interested in carrying out the necessary notarial activities. Let them know the exact time of the notary's arrival so they can attend if needed. In doing so, please note that in any case, you will need identification cards of all participants in the legal transaction.
