Step 1
The gifted person can accept the gift free of charge or refuse it.
Step 2
To register a dedication, you need to take an extract from the cadastral passport of the apartment in the BTI department. There you can also get a certificate of the cost of housing

If the apartment still has owners, you need a notarial permission to make a donation from all owners.
Step 4
When parents donate an apartment to their child, permission from the second parent who is the owner is not required.
Step 5
If among the owners there are minors, incapacitated or of limited ability, in addition to the notarial permission for donation from their legal representatives, a resolution on the possibility of donation from the guardianship and guardianship authorities, reserved by the head of the district administration, is required from their legal representatives.
Step 6
Take a certificate from the housing department about all registered in the apartment.
Step 7
After collecting all the documents, contact a notary to draw up and sign a donation agreement.
Step 8
The donation agreement is subject to registration at the state registration center for the unified registration of real estate transactions.
