It is not necessary to use the services of a lawyer and a notary to register a donation for an apartment. It is enough to draw up it yourself and sign it by both parties. The peculiarity of the transaction, in which housing is presented to a minor, is that his legal representative puts his signature on the document.

Instructions
Step 1
Title the document "Donation Agreement".
Step 2
In the introductory part, indicate both parties involved in the contract: surnames, first names and patronymics, passport data and registration addresses. Standard wording: “Such and such, passport data, residing at the address (registration address), hereinafter referred to as the Donor, on the one hand, and such and such, data of the birth certificate, residing at the address, hereinafter referred to as the Gifted, on the other hand, together hereinafter referred to as the Parties, have entered into an agreement as follows."
Step 3
It would not be superfluous to also include this part of the document data of the certificate of state registration of ownership of the apartment, on the basis of which the donor acts ("acting on the basis of the certificate of state registration of ownership (series, number, date of issue and issuing authority").
Step 4
Title the next section “Subject of the Agreement”.

Along with a description of the essence of the transaction (one party donates an apartment, and the other accepts it as a gift), include in this section a description of the apartment in strict accordance with the documents of title to it (certificate of registration of ownership, BTI certificate): address indicating the street, house number, if there is a building, apartment number, number of rooms, number of floors in the house, inventory number, total and living space, location of the apartment.
Step 6
Include in the following section the Final Provisions, where you specify the time of entry into force of the agreement: from the moment of signing or a specific date.
Step 7
The final section is entitled “Signatures and details of the parties”. For each side, use the wording “For and on behalf of the Giver”, “For and on behalf of the donor”. Include in it the passport details of the donor and the legal representative of the minor.
Step 8
Print out the agreement and affix the signatures of the parties. Notarization of this document is not required, but you can use this service if you wish. In this case, sign the contract only in the presence of a notary.
