Step 1
The main document that is required of you is the basis for registration at the place of residence. Depending on the situation, this may be a certificate of state registration of ownership of a dwelling or a share in it, a statement from the owner about the provision of premises to you, an agreement for the gratuitous use of housing between you, the owner and all adults registered in the apartment, a social employment agreement, confirmation of kinship and the consent of all who are registered in the room.
Step 2
An application for the provision of housing, a contract for gratuitous use or consent to registration must be certified by a notary or at the place of submission of documents (in the housing office or the Federal Migration Service). The one who will certify the document must see everyone who signs it, their passports and confirmation that in front of him is everyone who is registered at this address. The latter circumstance is confirmed by a copy of the financial and personal account and an extract from the house book for the apartment. Both documents are taken from the ZhEK.
Step 3
An application for registration at the place of residence can be taken from the territorial subdivision of the FMS, the housing office, downloaded from the portal of public services or filled out online with its help. If you have not checked out of your previous apartment, fill out the appropriate section of the application. If you have already been discharged, attach the address sheet of departure to the documents. You will receive a passport with a stamp on registration in a new place within three days after the documents are submitted.
