Step 1

An increase in wages is a change in one of the conditions of an employment contract. Therefore, first of all, two months before the accomplishment of the fact, notify the employee of further actions - send a written notice to him. In the document, indicate the reason for the increase, the date the order entered into force and the amount of salary. On this document, the employee must put the date of signing and his signature, which will mean his agreement with the above information.

Step 2

Draw up an order for a salary increase. There is no unified form for this administrative document, so develop it yourself and approve it in the accounting policy. Be sure to indicate in the order the reason for the increase in wages (for example, in connection with an increase in the category), the name of the employee's position and his full name, as well as the size of the salary and the date the order entered into force. Sign the administrative document, put the date of drawing up and give it to the employee for review.

Step 3

Draw up an additional agreement to the previously concluded employment contract. When drafting it, refer to the order. In the legal document, write down what condition is to be changed, indicate its old version and the new one. Sign the agreement and give it to the employee for signature.

Step 4

Issue an order to change the staffing table. Here indicate the reason that led to these actions: indicate what exactly is subject to change; write down the date of entry into force of the order. Change the staffing table based on the order.

Step 5

Make changes to the employee's personal card, and add information to the personal file. If an employee has changed his job responsibilities when his salary changes (for example, there are more of them), draw up a job description and submit it for signature.
