He also strictly monitors the daily routine and conducts planned classes, constantly observes how the children adapt in the group, and gives the kids advice. The specialist tries to find an individual approach to each of his pupils. While walking with a caregiver, children should play and exercise. Outdoor games are practiced before the end of the walk. At the site, older children are taught to beautify, in the spring they plant flowers, and then water them.
During the transfer of the shift, the caregiver should remember that there must be order in the room.
The teacher hands over the shift in person, and the children are transferred strictly according to the list.
Among other things, the educator must plan pedagogical activities, write reports, and improve their qualifications. He follows all the instructions of the management, the head nurse, which relate to pedagogical activity, health care and life of children. Maintains documentation constantly and thoughtfully. Attends courses and seminars to improve the pedagogical level and qualifications.
