The tender is a closed competition. In other words, it is a way of offering your goods, services or performing work. According to the conditions and rules stated in the tender documents, candidates must provide the tender commission with favorable personal terms of delivery. The contract can be concluded with the winner of the tender, who presented the best proposal for the organizers, which meets the requirements of the tender documents.

Instructions

Step 1

The principle of the tender is to submit proposals strictly confidentially in a "closed envelope". Therefore, participants will not be able to change the content of the proposals. The information is hidden from competitors, and is available only to the tender commission.

Step 2

Tender documentation includes a set of documents with the terms of the tender itself and the future contract, that is, commercial and technical parts. In the technical part, describe the main terms of the contract, provide general information about the object or subject of the auction, as well as information cards and instructions for suppliers, where you must indicate the procedure for preparing and subsequent submission of competitive bids.

Step 3

Also describe the requirements for the content of the purchase order: product name, delivery schedule and scope, references to specifications and standards. Be sure to indicate the name, surname and patronymic of the organizer of the tender, his postal address (in full), office phone number, fax and e-mail address, if any.

Step 4

In the commercial part, indicate the prices and methods of their determination, schedules, terms and conditions of payment, the main sources of financing for this contract. You can also report on bank guarantees for the fulfillment of the order and conditions of the tender offer from the customer, as well as requirements for certain types of insurance.

Step 5

After the announcement of the tender, you will receive applications for participation - tender proposals. The commission will evaluate the applications received. It is possible that some of them will be rejected due to non-compliance with the requirements, and will not be admitted to the competition. Tender participants are among themselves competitors for receiving a tender. The winner is the participant who made the best offer in terms of quality, low price, and minimum order execution time.
