Study thoroughly the product you are going to sell. The country of origin, the company (its place in the market, history), the materials used in the production of the goods, its operation, expiration dates - you must be able to answer any question from the buyer about the product.

Speak the truth. If you know that the product is somehow imperfect, do not hide it from the buyer - this way you will avoid many unpleasant situations. And then, when you honestly talk about the shortcomings of cheap goods, you have a chance to offer the buyer branded (and therefore more expensive) things, and this is beneficial, first of all, for you. In addition, any buyer would rather appreciate a clear, competent assessment of a product than your obvious desire to dilute it into any purchase.
Step 3
Always offer related products for any purchase. For example, if you sell men's clothing, offer shoes or a shirt or tie with the suit you purchased. Thus, you will increase your sales, increase the profit for the store and, most importantly, help the buyer more accurately identify his needs and go home with everything he needs.
