Gather all the necessary documents confirming the facts of the proper performance of your duties for a long time (work experience in one place). Documents proving your direct participation in successful projects, fulfillment of related labor duties (not to the detriment of the main ones), facts of attracting profitable and reliable customers to the company will also be important. To the documented facts, attach, if possible, approximate calculations of the profit that the organization received as a result of your fruitful participation in its work.
