Objective information is often referred to simply as objective information. This document, drawn up in the HR department, provides information about the employee's career path, his level of education and personal qualities.
Types of reference lenses
Considering that there are no general approved standards for drawing up lens certificates, each organization approaches their design based on specific goals. Most often, the document is submitted for internal use when considering candidates for promotion, recertification, etc. External addressees of lens certificates are banks, law enforcement agencies and public organizations.
For internal purposes, the abbreviated form of the reference is most often used. It includes information about the date and place of birth, education, professional development, awards and work experience.
An extended reference lens, which is often compiled for external use, in addition to the specified characteristics, contains information about personal qualities, merits and the level of professional competence.
Features of drawing up
Often reference lenses are compared with characteristics and summaries. The difference between the document on object information is that all instructions on factual information must be strictly confirmed by documents available to the personnel department. If it is permissible to indicate work experience in the resume that is not confirmed by entries in the work book, then such information is not reflected in the objective certificate.
In addition, an objective certificate is drawn up by the employer and confirmed with the signatures of the head, the head of the personnel department and the seal of the organization.
With the exception of the column about personal qualities, the lens has an actual character of the reflection of information, while the characteristic has a pronounced evaluative style.
Visually, the document is drawn up in the following sequence:
- information about the candidate (employee, applicant);
- work experience;
- Additional Information.
The information block of information about the candidate is filled in in the nominative case. It indicates the current place of work and position, place of permanent residence and, in rare cases, the series and number of the passport. The full names of educational institutions graduated by the candidate are accompanied by a diploma specialty, a form of study (full-time, part-time, part-time) and a period of study.
Depending on the purposes of drawing up, the first block of the document may include such columns as party affiliation, membership in public associations, information about awards and incentives, convictions, etc. A photograph of the candidate is often glued to the document.
The second block of information contains data on work experience in accordance with the entries in the work book. Most often, it is compiled in a tabular form, indicating the date of admission and departure, the name of the position and place of work.
The final column usually consists of a block with contact information, information about marital status and phone numbers. Often, additional data serves to describe the business and professional qualities of the candidate, which serve as a justification for obtaining a promotion.
