Instructions

Step 1

For quotations, draw up a notice, which should include the subject of the purchase, the form of payment and delivery of goods, and the provision of services. The customer may require information confirming the good faith of the supplier, according to the Register. Bidders submit applications without attachment of documents and licenses. A participant can submit only one quotation application and is not entitled to make changes to it. You must record each request in the Quoted Bids log at the time of their receipt. At the request of the participant, you must provide a receipt indicating the time of its reception.

Step 2

Check the claims for compliance with the terms of the notice. Applications may be rejected due to

contradictions to the requirements contained in the notice, as well as when the maximum purchase price is exceeded. Next, you must determine the winner and the participant who offered the best price after the winner among all eligible participants.

Step 3

Publish the protocol of consideration and the results of the evaluation of quotation bids following the request for quotations. Within 7 to 20 days after the posting of the protocol and its signing, conclude a state contract with the winner. In the absence of quotation bids or rejection of all quotation bids, you have the right to re-place the order by requesting quotations with the right to amend the terms of the contract.

Step 4

If you have received only one quotation bid, you can conclude a contract with a single participant, as well as post a notice to extend the period for accepting bids. When determining the winner with the same proposed prices for several bids, select the one who submitted the first bid.

Step 5

Submit the draft contract, as well as one copy of the review protocol with the results of the evaluation of quotation bids, to the winner within two days. In case of refusal to sign the contract, this participant is entered in the register of unscrupulous suppliers. In this case, you can offer to conclude a contract with a second participant who offered the same price. If there is no such participant, you can conclude a contract with the customer who offered the best conditions for the price, among other participants after the winner.

Step 6

Request for quotations as a method of procurement is quite simple, since it does not require the preparation of tender documentation.
