Labor legislation obliges employers to provide their employees with certain guarantees and compensation. This also applies to student holidays. But in practice, not everything is so perfect. Many people who combine work and study often face certain problems. How to properly draw up an application and get legal study leave?

Instructions
Step 1
Remember that according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, you have every right to student leave, subject to two conditions:
- the educational institution in which you study has a certificate of state accreditation;
- the level of education that you receive is primary for you.
Step 2
For example, getting your first higher education, you can safely demand from the employer to grant you a study leave. If any of the above conditions are absent, the employer has the full right not to let you go to study. In the case of obtaining a second higher education, additional study leave is granted only after coordination of this issue with the management of the organization in which you work. It is better, initially, when applying for a job, individually with the employer, to resolve all issues regarding your studies.
Step 3
Write a statement like this:
- Application cap: here the position and full name of the manager to whom the application is addressed, as well as the position, name of the structural unit and the full name of the employee are indicated;
- Type of document (Application);
- The wording of the application: “I ask you to provide additional leave with the preservation of the average salary for passing the interim certification from _ _ _ to _ _ _.
I am attaching a call-out certificate No. _ ;
- The date;
- The signature of the employee.
Step 4
Submit the application along with a reference call to the accounting department or the personnel department of the company where you work.
Step 5
Only go on vacation after making sure your employer has signed your application.
Step 6
Take (required) at the educational institution and hand over at the place of work a confirmation certificate, which says that you really were at the session. Without this certificate, your student leave will have no basis and will be invalidated.
