Step 1
There is no benefit for caring for one and a half to three years. Only compensation at the place of work is paid in the amount of 50 rubles. The allowance is calculated by the social insurance fund until the child reaches one and a half years.

For the period of caring for a child up to three years of age, the employee retains a workplace.

In the application for parental leave, indicate the name of the enterprise, the full name of the director of the enterprise, since the application is written in his name. Indicate from whom the application was written, that is, your full name, position and number of the department or division in which you work.

Next comes the word - a statement. Write that you need parental leave. Indicate from what and for what period you need it. Enter the amount of the allowance that was counted for you in the accounting department. Sign the application.

Submit a copy of your birth certificate. Take a certificate from the company where the child support works.

Your leave will begin the next day after the end of the certificate of incapacity for work due to childbirth. The allowance will be credited to you from the first day of your vacation.

To provide parental leave from one and a half to three years, write a separate application in the same form. Instead of the allowance, indicate - with the payment of compensation.

The application is signed by the head of the unit, senior manager and chief accountant of the enterprise. Application up to three years, additionally by the head of the personnel department.
