Instructions

Step 1

The calculation of the number of days of unused vacation is made in accordance with the actual period of work during which the vacation was not used.

Step 2

If the employee has worked for less than 1 month, then the vacation compensation is not paid.

Step 3

Employees working on a fixed-term or temporary contract are paid 2 days of leave for each month worked.

Step 4

Those who quit after having worked at the enterprise for 11 months should be paid compensation for the entire vacation, that is, for 28 calendar days, unless the working conditions provide otherwise.

Step 5

If an employee leaves without working one year, then the number of vacation days must be divided by 12 (28: 12 = 2, 33) and multiplied by the number of months fully worked. If the last working month has been worked for less than 15 days, then compensation for this month is not paid. If more than 15 days, then compensation is paid for the entire month.

Step 6

In cases where an employee took a vacation at his own expense for more than 14 calendar days, compensation is not paid for the entire month, that is, one month is discarded from the calculation.

Step 7

Accruals for unused vacation are made based on the average earnings for 12 months or for the actual period of work. The amount for calculating the average earnings includes only the money earned from which income tax was withheld. Payments received under social benefits are not included in the calculation of average earnings.
