Instructions
Step 1
Before contacting the labor exchange, prepare a package of documents. You will receive a salary certificate upon dismissal from a staff member. Let him know for what purpose this information is needed. The labor exchange needs a certificate of the average wage (allowance) to determine the amount of unemployment benefits and scholarships. This is exactly what the job inspector will require.
Step 2
Contact the exchange within two weeks of your dismissal. Put your passport, salary certificate and work book in a separate folder and go to the appointment. It is better to arrive at the opening, so there will be more chances to get to the inspector among the first.
Step 3
An employee of the employment service will ask you to write a statement recognizing you as unemployed. It, along with a package of documents, remains pending at the labor exchange for ten working days. The inspector will offer a number of vacancies in the specialty. All of them will be listed on the bypass list, along with the phone numbers and addresses of companies that need staff.
Step 5
Call the organization and arrange an interview. In two weeks, you need to go around all the addresses from the list. After that, go to an appointment with the inspector of the labor exchange.
Step 6
If all companies have refused employment, the inspector will issue a new list. If any of the interviews were successful, you will be removed from the register at the labor exchange.
Step 7
If the profession is not popular, and there are no suitable vacancies, go through retraining and get a new one. By referral from the exchange, you can get a specialty that is popular on the labor market.
