But at the same time, your salary seems to be adequate to the amount of work that you do. You are browsing vacancies and see roughly the same picture in terms of material incentives. It turns out that the point is not in the salary and not in the bonus, but in the fact that you are not growing professionally. You need to understand: whether you yourself are not taking the initiative, the manager stubbornly does not notice your achievements, or your company has no growth prospects. This will be the answer to the question, what is your dissatisfaction.

Solve the problem. If it's a job, think about how you can take another. Think wider. Another position does not necessarily mean a promotion. Sometimes the horizontal advancement of an employee within the same enterprise also brings satisfaction and joy. Think about whether you are attracted to some related field, and whether you are ready to retrain. If it's really about pay or culture, it might be worth looking for another job.

Talk to your boss. If it can fix the problem, try it. Choose the right time for negotiations, show your value to the company, substantiate your requirements and put forward a proposal. Just don't blackmail the employer by firing and refer to the fact that you have already been invited to a couple of better companies based on the results of interviews. Let you have an offer from another company in reserve, but you don't need to talk about it. Just let us know that you want to improve conditions and tell us why you deserve them.
