The organization of the educational process in modern schools requires the teacher to have certain knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as strength and patience. The inner world of the child is unpredictable and limitless, which is why each of the children should have an individual approach from the mentor.
Instructions
Step 1
Treat all students equally, you should not single out someone, but on the contrary, you should not notice someone. Never raise your voice, try to be discreet and a professional educator. Love the students, this is what the guys in adolescence feel most of all, they need warmth and affection not only within the walls of the house.
Step 2
Leave the naughty student after lessons and try to talk to him, find a common language, explain that his behavior is unacceptable for society. At the same time, you should not reproach the child, tell him better that his behavior upsets you, his actions offend.
Step 3
Play the You-Other educational game. Simulate a mirrored situation in which your person hurt someone. Let any other student behave in the same way in relation to him. Discuss how the child felt in this situation, what hurt him, worried him, give him the opportunity to independently come to the conclusion that such actions have negative consequences, and therefore are unacceptable.
Step 4
Reward other students for good behavior so that the disobedient will have the urge to do the same. Talk to fellow teachers and find out how the harmful child behaves in other lessons, perhaps the reason lies in you and your behavior.
Step 5
Send the bully to a school counselor if you can't handle the situation on your own. However, first talk with a specialist, outline the problem so that the psychologist knows what exactly needs to be clarified and subsequently corrected.
Step 6
Invite your parents to school. Be consistent and calm when talking to adults. You should not bring your complaints to them, first tell about their child, his behavior at school, his achievements, and in this way lead directly to the conflict itself. Invite parents to solve the problem together, tell them about specific tactics of action that can affect the student's behavior.
