You can apply for a job as a hairdresser in accordance with the instructions of Article 57 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. If you will be paid a certain percentage of the proceeds for the premises provided, employees must work by issuing a certificate of an individual entrepreneur.
It is necessary
- - employment history;
- - documents confirming specialization;
- - sanitary book;
- - labor contract;
- - order.
Instructions
Step 1
To apply for a job as a hairdresser in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, receive an application for employment from the applicant, read the documents confirming your specialization, and receive a work book. If the employee does not have it for some reason, you can issue a duplicate based on the application received from the hairdresser.
Step 2
In the field of public services, all employees are required to have a health book. When employed, a hairdresser is obliged to arrange it at his own expense, having visited all the specialists, having passed the necessary tests. Subsequently, the registration of a sanitary book is carried out at the expense of the employer. Records should be updated once every 6 months.
Step 3
Next, sign an employment contract. Indicate in it the conditions of work, payment, rest. Salaries can be paid to a hairdresser in a fixed amount, an hourly wage can be set, or a certain amount can be paid for each work shift plus a percentage of the proceeds and a bonus.
Step 4
After the conclusion of the employment contract, issue an order, make an entry in the work book.
Step 5
If you employ a hairdresser, renting out a fully equipped room, each master must have a certificate of an individual entrepreneur. In this case, you are already paid a certain percentage of the proceeds.
Step 6
You provide a report to the tax office, or each master will submit a 3-NDFL income tax return on his own behalf. With this method of work, the masters are reluctant to get a job, since not everyone wants to draw up a certificate of an individual entrepreneur, and if they do, they will find a way to work independently and pay only for renting the premises, without paying an additional percentage of the proceeds. Therefore, registration is most often practiced in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
