If, when concluding the contract, one of the parties does not agree with some points, then a protocol of disagreements is drawn up to solve the problem. This document must be signed by both parties and allows the controversial conditions to be brought to a common denominator that will suit all parties.
Instructions
Step 1
Create a disagreement protocol form. In the title of the document, indicate the link to the agreement, its number and date of preparation. Next, note the date on which the minutes were drawn up. Please mark the full names of the parties. If one of the parties to the contract is an individual, then the surname, first name, patronymic, identification code, as well as the series and number of the passport are indicated. For legal entities, the full name of the enterprise and the name of the manager or the employee authorized by the power of attorney are noted.
Step 2
Create a two-column table. The left column is for the original wording of the paragraphs, and the right one for corrections.
Step 3
Indicate in the left column the number of the item you want to change and its full wording. When conditions change, write “Change item” in the right column, indicate the number and enter the changed text. If this item is required to be removed from the contract, then enter "Exclude item" and indicate the number.
Step 4
Add the terms of the contract that are not specified in it. To do this, propose a new item by indicating in the left column “Item _ is missing”, and then in the right column give its wording. Remember that the new conditions should not contradict the existing ones and comply with the requirements of civil law relations.
Step 5
Indicate below the table that the remaining clauses of the agreement are left unchanged. Please note that in case of signing the protocol of disagreements, both parties recognize the changes made and the agreement is considered concluded. The protocol is supported by the treaty and is an integral part of it.
