Starting in 2012, organizations whose partners are large energy companies, communications companies or divisions of holdings (for example, Russian Railways) began to receive official letters from their aforementioned counterparties demanding to disclose information about the chain of owners of the company. In this regard, without going into the current discussion about the legality of the requirements put forward, based on the Instruction of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation No. VP-P13-9308 dated December 28, 2011, we will describe the procedure for presenting such information in the form of a table.
Instructions
Step 1
Initially, we indicate the full name of the organization in respect of which it is necessary to disclose information about the chain of owners in it.
Step 2
In the left part of the table, we enter information about the TIN, PSRN, the name of the organization, its main type of economic activity, the name of the head, as well as the series and number of the document proving his identity.
Step 3
In the right part of the table, we enter information about the chain of owners of the counterparty, including the beneficiaries (including the final ones).
For individuals who are shareholders or members of the organization, the following fields are filled in: full name, registration address, series and number of the identity document, legal status of the person (manager, participant, shareholder, beneficiary), information on supporting documents indicating the date and number (extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, minutes of the general meeting, etc.).
For legal entities, it is necessary to indicate the TIN, OGRN, full or abbreviated name, address of location, legal status of the person, information on supporting documents.
Step 4
At the end of the page, the full name of the head of the organization is indicated, his signature, date and company seal are affixed.
