Step 1
First of all, you need to register the ownership of the land plot on which the garage is installed. To do this, contact your local municipality with an application, present your passport, documents on the basis of which you put the garage on the land.
Step 2
Carry out the survey procedure. They will be able to issue a decree on the transfer of a land plot into your ownership after you present cadastral extracts. Land surveying is carried out by a cadastral engineer; to call it, you need to contact the land cadastral chamber.
Step 3
Based on the technical documents issued by the engineer, the site where the garage is located will be put on a unified cadastral record, after which you can receive an extract from the cadastral passport and a copy of the cadastral plan.
Step 4
After receiving the decree, contact the registration chamber, present the previously obtained extracts, decree, passport, application, receipt of payment for registration services. In 1 month you will become the full owner of the land plot.
Step 5
For registration of an iron garage, prepare all the necessary documents. Contact the bureau of technical inventory, apply for a call to the inventory engineer. The garage will be inspected, a technical inventory will be made, and cadastral documents will be drawn up. Get extracts from them, contact the state registration office for registration of property rights.
Step 6
Present your passport, a certificate of ownership of the land plot, an extract from the cadastral passport and a copy of the cadastral plan of the iron garage, your passport, fill out an application, pay the registration fee. In 1 month you will become the full owner of the garage.
Step 7
A metal garage registered as a property can be sold, leased, donated, inherited. He cannot be forced to remove and demolish, because after receiving a certificate of ownership of a land plot and a garage, you will become its full owner, and private property is protected by law.
