Select the type of applicant: individual, legal entity or individual entrepreneur. Indicate the area of the location of the territorial bodies. For an individual, enter the first name, last name and patronymic, as well as the date of birth in the appropriate fields. Legal entities need to indicate the name and address of the debtor enterprise, and individual entrepreneurs - the number of enforcement proceedings. Once all the data is filled in, click "Search" and confirm the operation by entering the captcha. If you have a debt with the bailiffs, it will be displayed on the screen.

Citizens registered on the "State Services" portal can find out the debt to the bailiff service in the appropriate section. There are also contact details of all regional divisions, which you can contact to obtain information on the progress of enforcement proceedings, the receipt of funds paid on the debt, as well as measures taken in relation to the debtor, for example, the introduction of a ban on travel abroad.
