Every employer is obliged to issue work books to its employees. To account for the forms of documents confirming the fulfillment of labor duties in a particular company, by order of the Ministry of Finance No. 69, a special book has been developed. It is managed by HR specialists or other responsible persons.

Instructions
Step 1
Every employer needs to keep a book on recording documents confirming work activity. This is legal. In case of violation of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, a fine may be imposed on the company.
Step 2
On the title page of the book of accounting for the main documents on the labor activity of personnel, indicate the name of the organization corresponding to the name of the enterprise written in the charter or other constituent document of the company. If the OPF of the company is an individual entrepreneur, write the personal data of the person registered as an individual entrepreneur. Indicate the date on which this book was introduced. It is recommended to store this document for about 50 years, this is regulated by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Count this period from the moment you fill out the title page of the book. Then write the date until which you want to keep this document in the archives of the company.
Step 3
Designate a bookkeeper. To do this, draw up an order. Indicate in it personal data, the name of the position for which the employee works. As a rule, this is a specialist in the personnel department.
Step 4
On the first page of the book, indicate the period of work of the person in charge. At this time, the employee enters information about work books, the owners of these documents.
Step 5
In the first column of the book on the second page, enter the serial number, in the second, third, fourth - the date when the form of the main document confirming the work activity was entered. If the employee previously had a work book, write the date of registration to this company.
Step 6
In the fifth column of the book, indicate the last name, first name, patronymic of the specialist, the owner of the document confirming the work activity. In the sixth column, write the series, number, work record book or insert. In the seventh column, write the name of the position in which the employee works, who received a new work book or handed over a previously certified, completed document to the employer.
Step 7
In the eighth column of the book, indicate the name of the company, structural unit, where the employee is admitted. In the ninth column, write the date, number of the order (decree) for admission to the position. The tenth column is signed by the responsible employee, to whom the owner of the work book handed over the document. When entering a new document on labor activity, in the eleventh column, indicate the amount of money that was paid for the form. Please note that the indicated amount will be collected from the employee.
Step 8
When dismissing a specialist in the twelfth column, write the date, number of the order on termination of employment. In the thirteenth column, the signature of the specialist who resigns is put. Upon termination of the contract, the employee is issued a work book with a note of dismissal.
